If you run a university, school museum or library, the Christmas holidays can be the perfect time to give your maintenance team the peace and quiet they need to service equipment and make sure everything is in full working order before the January madness. And if you use mobile racking, you’ll know how much use it gets throughout the year and can appreciate why it might need servicing.
At Rackline, we offer installation, service and maintenance packages to our clients and offer a minimum of a year’s warrantee on all our products. Following the warranty period, we offer a range of service packages including:
- Gold service
With this package, you’ll get two annual visits from our trained engineers and receive a full inspection and test of your operating systems. We’ll service the tracks and remove all debris from the equipment, calibrate all drives and lubricate and clean the gear and drive systems.
- Silver service
With our silver service, our engineers will come and fully inspect and test your operating systems as well as clean it. We’ll also calibrate all drives and ensure the equipment’s smooth running by lubricating and cleaning the gear and drive systems.
- Bronze service
This package gives you access to a service engineer available on callout and is an agreed hourly rate with no callout charge for an engineer.
