Here at Rackline we have been busy with orders, exhibitions and conferences. And with Christmas on its way we are showing no signs of stopping!
New teams for a new era
On Friday 7th December we will be exhibiting at New teams for a new era. This will be held at the Wellcome Collection Conference Centre in London.
The day promises to be jam-packed with keynote speakers, exhibitions, presentations and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. This is a really great day for anyone working in university and academic libraries, to find out more about emerging skills and the library community.
Run by the Society of College, National and University Libraries (SCONUL) the main objective is to identify and prepare for new trends in library provisions. Dividing the skill sets into areas, the conference will focus on how libraries can meet demands.
There will be talks from Sara Marsh, Chair of SCONUL and Director of Learner Support Services, University of Bradford and Victor Henning, Founder and CEO, Mendeley.
There will also be a variety of workshops that look at the areas for skills development.
Rackline will be exhibiting at the conference and will be there to answer questions about our products, how our products can benefit your library and case studies highlighting our successful work in other libraries around the country.
We hope to see you there!
Don’t forget, you can send us Facebook messages and Tweet us for more information.
