The Brief:
We put out a tender for a new storage solution as we have a range of storage rooms to arrange our artifacts in. However, one of the larger storage rooms, in the Town Hall building, had several large items that were being kept on the floor with no suitable area to keep them.
The aim of the new racking system was to ensure we could store these artifacts off the floor in a neat, organised solution.
The Process:
Jeff came out to do the measuring and to give us a quote. He was lovely and friendly while remaining professional the whole time. We were impressed with Jeff’s commitment to the tender, he asked a range of questions, took relevant notes and measurements and he was timely with submitting all the paperwork we requested. When it came to installing the racking Rackline’s team were professional and friendly.
The Solution:
Rackline won our tender for the storage project, which we sent out to five different companies. We were really impressed with Rackline’s proposal, the document clearly detailed their solution which was both cost effective and realistic. Rackline were committed to ensuring the racking was fit for purpose and took measurements, spacing the shelves to accommodate our unusually sized artifacts.
